What am I buying?

With your monthly DupliMark payment you are purchasing the right to gain access and use the full features listed in the Feature Tour of our robust CRM, video emails, and marketing websites plus much more.

We own the software, you own your contact information. We do not sell any user’s information to any third party. Your information is private and confidential.

Do I have to install anything?

DupliMark is hosted on our secure internet servers. That means all you need to access DupliMark is a computer, web browser and an Internet connection.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Absolutely not! Our product is what’s called software-as-a-service (SaaS) and is a product billed on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time. DupliMark does not charge sign-up fees, cancellation fees, or make you sign long-term contracts.

If you decide to cancel, we keep all information for 90 days. After 90 days your account is deleted along with all data.

How are payments handled?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept PayPal or Google Checkout payments. At this time we only accept payments online for individual users.
