Is DupliMark only an outbound marketing system
Typically, marketing systems focus on either inbound or outbound marketing—lead capture pages or auto-responders for example. At DupliMark it is our goal to provide our users with every tool they need for success. In the near future we will roll out our newest features to further your marketing reach!

We support importing contacts from over 10 different sources and methods. Phone, Email, CSV, Facebook, LinkedIn and other Social Media.
Why do I need the App
The mobile app is used for Synchronization, Communication, and Alerts. Send campaign messages directly through your phone, so every piece of communication is coming directly from you. No middle men, and no strange or unknown phone numbers to turn off customers.
Where do I get the Mobile App
Install from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Our unique app enables you to send out automated marketing messages directly from your phone, so your prospects recognize who you are.

We are designed primarily as a marketing solution for people in direct sales, network marketing, multi-level marketing, and internet / affiliate marketers. We also have users who are professionals in real estate, massage therapy, and other health-care practices who find value in our system as well.
Do I need to know Marketing Basics
It certainly helps, but it’s not necessary. We present our tools in a format and language that anyone can understand, whether new to marketing or seasoned professional.
How does DupliMark make marketing easy for beginners
We have education available in our Learning Center, updated regularly, from top experts in sales and marketing. Learn the basics of network marketing, sales funnels, and more.
How does DupliMark make marketing simple
We combine all the important tools you’ll need in one place, with ease-of-use built in to every single feature. We worked with top experts in online usability to produce a tool that anyone can use—even your grandma.
Do I need a business plan
No plans necessary. We provide the coaching through our Virtual Coach feature, so anyone can start, manage, and grow their business.
Can I create a marketing plan with DupliMark
This is a coming soon feature! We are working on brand new tools that will help you develop your Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA) profile, identify who your ideal customer is, and develop a marketing strategy to reach them.

What am I buying?
With your DupliMark payment you are purchasing the right to gain access and use the full features of our platform, as well as any add-ons you opt in to. We own all the software, and you own your contact information and all files you choose to upload. We do not sell any user’s information to any third party. Your information is private and confidential.
Do I have to install anything?
DupliMark is hosted on our secure internet servers. That means all you need to access DupliMark is a computer, web browser and an Internet connection. We do also offer an app that integrates with your phone to offer better services; such as calendar syncing, call logging, integrated UI, and easier contact methods.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No way! You always choose when, where, and how long you benefit from using DupliMark. Our product is what’s called software-as-a-service (SaaS) and is a product billed on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel at any time.
Are there any hidden fees, or cancellation fees?
DupliMark does not charge sign-up fees, cancellation fees, or make you sign any long-term contracts. If you decide to cancel, we keep all information for 90 days. After 90 days your account is deleted along with all data.
How are payments handled?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card statement will show this charge as DupliMark, Inc.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
At DupliMark we believe in making everything Simple and Easy for everyone, that's why you can register with nothing more than an email address and password.
How does the free trial work?
During the free 30 day trial period you will have access to all DupliMark's marketing features--with no limits or restrictions. Engage with your clients and grow your business in a fraction of the time, and at a fraction of the cost other systems charge.
At the end of your 30 day free trial, if you've enjoyed our service and would like to continue growing your business, follow the prompts provided after sign in. It's that easy!
